How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes 2–5 business days. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $50 ship free via USPS Priority Mail.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Cancellations page for details.
Are your candles made with real soy wax?
Yes. All of our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and cotton wicks. We do not use paraffin blends or synthetic wax.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at support@a1distributionsco.store. Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
