Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at support@a1distributionsco.store. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items: Opened candles, used diffusers, wax melts (once removed from packaging), and gift sets (if any individual item has been opened).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
